Our story

We build the tech layer agencies cannot ship alone

FusionSync started in production: CRM bridges, voice infrastructure, and software that had to survive real client traffic. Agency owners with paying clients kept showing up with a tech gap they could not fill. That is what we built the company around.

Shubham on the partnership model and who we build for.

Don't build a product to start a business. Build a business first, then earn the product.

Our story

From production work to partnership model

We started by shipping software that had to work on day one. Agency owners with clients who needed tech they could not deliver became the focus. This is how that happened.

01

The gap

Agencies win clients. Then clients ask for software.

Marketing agencies, consultants, and vertical operators are good at getting results. Their clients trust them. Then the client asks for something the agency cannot deliver: a CRM bridge into practice software, a white-label patient workflow, an AI product the agency can resell.

Say no and you lose the contract. Patch something together and you lose trust. Hire a dev team and margins disappear before the second client signs.

That tension is why FusionSync exists. Not to sell software to strangers. To partner with agency owners who already have clients and need tech delivered under their brand.

02

Where we started

Production systems, not pitch decks

FusionSync began in Mohali, India, doing the unglamorous work that has to work on day one: syncing CRMs, routing voice calls, wiring automations, and shipping full-stack products for founders who could not afford downtime.

Shubham led delivery from the first engagement. The team stayed small on purpose. Everyone here touches production code, integrations, and the edge cases that only show up when a real client goes live.

Upwork became where repeat clients found us. Long retainers, fixed-price SaaS builds, and clients who came back because the work held up in production, not because the slide deck looked good.

03

Who we work with

Dental agencies, SaaS founders, vertical operators

The same conversation kept coming back. An agency owner or founder with clients, deep domain knowledge, and a tech gap they could not close in-house. We build the product, integrations, and rollout while they keep the relationship and the revenue.

A UK dental agency needed CRMBridge-style connectors into Exact and Dentally plus GHL and n8n fulfilment. Matei needed a $24,500 AI sales platform for his audience. Guliver needed multi-tenant booking software for Swiss home-service operators. Patrick needed underwriting workflows built around how deals actually move.

Different countries and stacks. Same deal: they bring the clients and market context. We build, integrate, and deliver under their brand.

04

What we became

A phased partnership model, not a dev shop

We formalized what was already working. Free POC on the proven stack so you can pitch clients you already have. Per-client rollout only after someone pays you. White-label vertical software when the base justifies it. Optional ownership at 25 and 100 active clients.

You stay the face. We stay invisible. We never compete for your end clients. One partnership conversation can fulfil every account in your base.

The playbook replicates by geography too. UK dental becomes US dental with a new local partner and new integration targets. Same model, new market.

Partnership proof

Real clients. Real builds.

Agency owners and founders who already had paying clients. We shipped the software, integrations, and rollout behind their brand.

Timeline

How the model took shape

From first production builds to a formal partnership model agencies can resell.

2024Step 1

Founded on production delivery

FusionSync focused on CRM integrations, voice AI, automation, and full-stack software that had to survive real traffic from day one.

2024Step 2

Repeat clients across verticals

LogoArena, UseCortana, MeisterFlow, and domain-led builds proved the team could own architecture, delivery, and long-term product work.

2025Step 3

Partnership model formalized

Free POC, tiered per-client rollout, white-label software path, ownership milestones, and ongoing white-glove fulfilment became the default offer.

2026Step 4

Geography-first replication

Same vertical, new markets: UK dental to US dental with local integration partners and a repeatable agency playbook.

How we partner today

Qualify → POC → rollout → software → own

Five steps. Same sequence on every engagement. Implementation starts only after your client pays you.

  1. 1

    Qualify the fit

You have paying clients or closable prospects in one vertical and a tech gap you cannot fill in-house.

  2. 2

    Free POC

Three-day working demo on GHL, n8n, and the integrations your market needs. You pitch it to clients you already have.

  3. 3

    Per-client rollout

When a client pays you, we implement. Tier 1 to 3 scope. Volume discounts as your active base grows.

  4. 4

    Vertical software

Production-grade product under your brand: auth, billing, tenant isolation, and UI your clients see as yours.

  5. 5

    Optional ownership

At 25 and 100 active clients you can own the software for your geography or globally. Or stay on fulfilment indefinitely.

Division of work

You stay the face. We stay invisible.

You sell and support. We build, integrate, and implement. We never pitch your clients.

You (the agency owner)

  • Client relationships and trust
  • Vertical and geography knowledge
  • Local software and compliance context
  • Sales to your existing base

FusionSync (silent tech partner)

  • Product architecture and core build
  • Integration bridges and automation
  • White-glove implementation per client
  • Replication into new geographies
The team

Small team. High ownership.

Shubham leads every partnership. Harsh, Vishal, Saurav, and Piyush handle integrations, positioning, product surfaces, and AI delivery. No account managers buffering you from the people who ship.
