Agency partnership model

Partnership pricing

The FusionSync partnership is how you commercialise one AI-native business system in a specific niche. You bring the niche and the client relationships. FusionSync designs and builds the system (acquisition, communication, CRM, automation, software) under your brand. A free POC validates the niche, per-client rollout proves demand, dedicated software follows, and ownership transfers at cumulative qualifying revenue milestones. Ownership means source code, full deployment rights, and the right to modify independently with no ownership-related payment remaining.

Qualification

Who this works for

Agencies, consultants, and vertical specialists who can sell one AI-native business system into a specific niche. The model works best when you have at least one client or a clear pipeline in that niche, not a generic 'we offer AI' shop.

  • A niche you understand and can sell into
  • A technical delivery gap for that niche system
  • Enough deal flow that building the system with a partner beats hiring developers
  • Willingness to learn what software that niche already runs

Why partnership

Why choose the partnership model?

For agencies with an established client base, the challenge is not finding prospects. It is justifying the investment in building a product before demand is proven.

The traditional path means hiring developers, managing a technical team, and spending significant time and money upfront, all before you know whether your clients will actually buy it.

The FusionSync partnership model flips that sequence. Instead of building first and hoping clients follow, you validate demand with a working white-label AI solution, implement it only once a client is paying, and scale support as your client base grows. As your business proves itself, you earn the option to own the software outright.

Don't build a product to start a business. Build a business first, then earn the product.

Your job stays what it has always been: building relationships and closing clients. We handle the technology behind the scenes.

The model is designed so agencies can price the solution to their clients independently while keeping FusionSync's technical delivery cost predictable.

Phase 1

Free sales asset (POC)

The POC is your sales asset. We build it, you pitch it. One free POC per vertical. Next free POC unlocks only after you hit your first milestone.

ScopeScoped to your specific vertical and client type

A working demo scoped to your vertical and client type, built on the stack your vertical needs — typically GHL, n8n, and the integrations your market runs. The stack is scoped to the vertical, not fixed. You pitch it to your prospects or existing clients. One free POC per vertical. The next free POC unlocks after your first ownership milestone.

Phase 2

Client implementation tiers

Cost depends on solution complexity. We scope each project and provide a fixed quote within the tier range. Because this is a productized solution, implementation is faster and more consistent than one-off custom builds.

Tier 1: Simple solutions

$300 to $400

Implementation

  • Timeline: 3 to 7 days
  • Use cases: AI chatbot, basic CRM, appointment booking
  • Support: $300/month
  • Tickets: 10/month

Tier 2: Mid-complexity solutions

$500 to $700

Implementation

  • Timeline: 5 to 10 days
  • Use cases: Chatbot + receptionist, CRM automation, booking + SMS
  • Support: $400/month
  • Tickets: 15/month

Tier 3: Complex solutions

$800 to $1,000

Implementation

  • Timeline: 10 to 15 days
  • Use cases: Full stack: chatbot, receptionist, CRM, support, workflows, AI agents
  • Support: $500/month
  • Tickets: 40/month

Recurring

Per-client support after volume discount

The discount bracket applies to all active clients once reached. For example, a partner with 5 clients pays the 30% off rate on all 5 clients, not just clients 5 through 7. The rate is re-evaluated as your active client count changes.

Scale

Ownership milestones

Cumulative qualifying revenue received by FusionSync is the canonical trigger. Client counts below are illustrations only — ownership is based on qualifying revenue, not client count. Ownership is optional at each milestone. You can stay on the recurring model indefinitely. Milestones are not all-or-nothing — if you are between stages we will structure something that fits.

$15,000 cumulative qualifying revenue

Own the software for your Geography × Niche × Specific IP. Source code, full deployment rights, and the right to modify independently. Ownership transfer amount (agreed at Phase 3 kickoff) is paid at this milestone. Post-ownership support, development, and third-party running costs follow agreed terms. FusionSync will not take on a direct competitor in your geography for your niche while any paid engagement is active.

We step back from that geography for this niche.

Ownership transfer at milestone: Agreed at Phase 3 kickoff (e.g., $5K–$10K depending on Phase 3 scope). Paid when $15K cumulative qualifying revenue is reached.

Early exit before milestone: If exiting before milestone: Dedicated Build Value × (1 − Cumulative Qualifying Revenue ÷ $15,000). Minimum $0.

$50,000 cumulative qualifying revenue

Own the software globally for your Niche × Specific IP. Source code, full deployment rights, and the right to modify independently. Ownership transfer amount (agreed at Phase 3 kickoff) is paid at this milestone. Post-ownership support, development, and third-party running costs follow agreed terms. Battle-tested product with a proven client base, not just code.

We replicate the model in the next market with a new partner.

Ownership transfer at milestone: Agreed at Phase 3 kickoff (e.g., $15K–$25K depending on Phase 3 scope). Paid when $50K cumulative qualifying revenue is reached.

Early exit before milestone: If exiting before milestone: Dedicated Build Value × (1 − Cumulative Qualifying Revenue ÷ $50,000). Minimum $0.

What you receive at ownership: source code, full deployment rights, the right to modify independently, documented integrations, working infrastructure, and an existing happy client base. No ownership-related payment remains. Post-ownership support, development, and third-party running costs follow agreed terms.

Active client: Onboarded to the system and actively paying you.

After ownership

Then you choose how we continue

Two clean paths after ownership (or anytime you prefer fulfilment over hiring). Path A is the default most partners choose, since staffing ops is the hard part. Path B is there for agencies that already have technical staff.

PathWhat it meansCost
Path A: We continue managingFusionSync stays on as your tech partner. We maintain the product, handle updates, infrastructure, and scaling. Per-client recurring continues plus a product maintenance fee.Per-client recurring + $500/month product maintenance (baseline, discussed based on complexity). Support fees track active client count and adjust monthly. 30 days' notice either direction.
Path B: Knowledge transferWe help you build and train your own team. Full documentation, codebase handover, and training sessions included. Clean exit with no ongoing obligation.Included in transfer fee. Additional training at $40/hour

Project maintenance vs product maintenance

Before ownership, we maintain your client implementations. This is project maintenance: keeping each client's system running, fixing bugs, handling support.

After ownership (Path A), we maintain the entire product: the codebase, infrastructure, security patches, version updates, and new feature development. This is priced accordingly with the +$500 baseline product maintenance fee on top of per-client recurring. Post-ownership support, development, and third-party running costs follow agreed terms.

Path A

White-glove continuation

FusionSync stays on as your invisible tech partner. We maintain the product, handle updates, infrastructure, and scaling. Post-ownership maintenance fee (agreed at Phase 3 kickoff, baseline $500/month, scoped to complexity) plus per-client recurring continues. Support fees track active client count and adjust monthly with 30 days' notice either direction.

Path B

Knowledge transfer

Full documentation, codebase handover, and training sessions included in the ownership transfer amount. Clean exit with no ongoing obligation. Additional training at $40/hour.
