White-label dental automation

White-Label Dental Automationfor Agencies

Your dental clients. Your brand. My technical delivery.

I work behind dental agencies in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and Zirakpur to build and operate the automation, booking, AI, and integration systems they sell to their clients. You already sell dental growth. I become the technical delivery partner behind it.

The model

You stay in front of the clinic. I stay behind the system.

The agency owns the commercial relationship. FusionSync owns technical delivery. The clinic never has to hire a second vendor for the infrastructure.

  1. Your agency
  2. Your brand
  3. Dental client

Patient acquisition system

  • Automation

FusionSync. Technical delivery.

From the founder

What I build for dental agency partners.

The same technical delivery story as the global white-label system, scoped here for agencies that already work with Tricity clinics.

The gap

You can sell the system without building the system.

Dental agencies are expected to deliver more than traffic and leads. Clients want faster response, booking, AI reception, follow-up, reactivation, and PMS write-back. The problem is not knowing what the clinic needs. It is having the technical team to build and maintain it.

  • AI receptionist

Voice, messaging, and agent workflows behind the greeting.

  • Online booking

Treatment, provider, chair, and duration logic. Not a generic calendar.

  • PMS integration

API access, CRMBridge, and write-back where the PMS allows.

  • Lead follow-up

State, timing, and the next action. Not a one-off SMS blast.

  • Deposit booking

Payments reconciled against the held slot.

  • Reactivation

CRM plus messaging for patients who went quiet.

  • White-label portal

A surface the clinic sees as yours, not as a third-party login.

  • Ongoing changes

Technical support as each new clinic changes the rules.

The technical work compounds with every dental client you add.

This page is for agencies. Clinics that want the system for one practice should start on the founding pilot. See the founding pilot.

Why this is not generic automation

Dental automation gets complicated where generic automation stops.

Basic automation can push a lead into a CRM and send an SMS. Delivery for a dental client becomes treatment, provider, availability, operatory, deposit, and the PMS the clinic already runs.

Generic automation

  1. Lead
  2. CRM
  3. SMS

Dental delivery

  1. Patient enquiry
  2. Qualification
  3. Treatment
  4. Provider
  5. Availability
  6. Operatory
  7. Booking
  8. Deposit
  9. PMS
  10. Confirmation
  11. Reminder
  12. Follow-up

That deeper layer is the work I already ship: live scheduling, qualification, PMS write-back where supported, deposits, intake, and follow-up.

How we work

From client opportunity to production.

  1. 01

    You bring the client

You already have a dental client in the Tricity that needs a technical system. You own that conversation.

  2. 02

    We scope the system

You bring the commercial requirement. I translate it into architecture, integrations, and a written implementation scope.

  3. 03

    I build the delivery layer

I handle implementation, agents, workflows, integrations, and deployment.

  4. 04

You launch it under your brand

The clinic sees your agency. You keep the commercial relationship.

  5. 05

    I maintain the technical layer

You do not need to hire a technical team just to support the next dental account.

Start small

Start with one dental client.

You do not need to move your entire dental book on day one.

Start with one client where the technical gap is already costing time, revenue, or delivery capacity. I build the first implementation, validate the workflow, and turn what works into a repeatable delivery model for the rest of your Tricity book.

Bring me a client

Proof

This is not theoretical.

PolarBuild. UK dental marketing agency.

PolarBuild already generated demand for dental practices. The missing layer was what happened after the lead arrived. FusionSync handled technical fulfilment. The agency kept the clinic relationship and a system it can resell under its own brand.

  1. Marketing and lead generation
  2. Technical gap: booking, CRMBridge, PMS, deposits, workflows
  3. FusionSync technical fulfilment
  4. A client acquisition system the agency can resell

Why agencies use me

Why agencies use me instead of hiring a technical team.

  • No technical hiring

You do not hire developers, AI engineers, and integration specialists for every new capability.

  • Dental-specific depth

This is not generic automation with dental words added later. Booking, PMS, and patient workflows are built for the chair.

  • White-label delivery

Your agency remains the client-facing company. FusionSync stays behind your brand.

  • Founder-led delivery

You work directly with me. I scope it. I build it. I stay responsible for the technical delivery.

Not outsourcing

This is not handing a project to a random developer.

The advantage is not cheaper development. It is repeatable technical delivery around one vertical.

  • Traditional freelancer

Client to agency to freelancer. Every project is custom. Nothing compounds.

  • In-house team

Hiring, training, and managing a bench before you can deliver the next clinic.

  • This partnership

Your dental offer sits on reusable infrastructure. Each new clinic is a configured rollout, not a new product.

Agency → dental offer → FusionSync → reusable technical infrastructure → per-client implementation.

Commercial model

Built around how you already sell.

You do not need to change the way you sell. Bring the client requirement. I help scope the technical delivery behind it. Work can start with a single client and expand into a repeatable implementation as your Tricity book grows.

  1. One client
  2. Repeatable system
  3. Multiple client rollouts

Who this is for

This works best when you already have the clients.

  1. 01

Dental marketing, SEO, or PPC agencies in or serving the Tricity.

  2. 02

Dental growth consultants with existing clinic relationships.

  3. 03

Healthcare marketing agencies adding AI or automation to the offer.

  4. 04

Agencies that need deeper technical fulfilment than GHL recipes.

  5. 05

Agencies that want to productize a dental offer without hiring a bench.

Not the right fit

  1. 01

A solo dental practice looking for a receptionist bot. Start on the clinic pages.

  2. 02

An agency looking for a cheap developer by the hour.

  3. 03

An agency with no client and no dental offer.

  4. 04

    Someone looking for self-serve SaaS.

  5. 05

A one-off automation with no broader delivery need.

Founder-led

You work with the founder on the technical layer.

You work with Shubham Kashyap, not a rotating account team. I scope it. I build it. I stay responsible for the technical delivery behind your dental offer. That is the same founder-led install used for Tricity clinics, now available as the layer behind your agency brand.

Questions

Straight answers for agency partners.

01Can you work completely under our brand?

Yes. You own the client relationship. I handle technical fulfilment behind the scenes.

02Will you communicate directly with our client?

The default is that you remain the client-facing partner. I work with your team on technical delivery. Direct clinic involvement can be arranged when it helps the install.

03Do you only build dental automation?

Dental is the vertical where I have shipped deeper infrastructure. FusionSync is a broader technical delivery partner. This page is specifically for agencies selling into dental clinics in the Tricity.

04Can you work with our existing GHL setup?

Yes. GHL can sit in the delivery stack where it is the right tool.

05Can you integrate with the client's PMS?

Yes, subject to the PMS and the available API or access. Bestosys, Practo Ray, Dentee, SoftClinic, and other systems are scoped per clinic. CRMBridge is used where that path is the right fit.

06Can we start with one client?

Yes. That is the intended start. One clinic, a written scope, then a repeatable rollout if it holds.

07Do we need an internal developer?

No. That is one of the reasons for the partnership.

08Can you build something custom?

Yes. The work can range from configuring existing infrastructure to building custom applications, agents, and integrations.

09Who owns the client relationship?

The agency.

10What happens if we want to scale to more dental clients?

The first implementation becomes the basis for repeatable per-client rollout, with clinic-specific configuration where required.

Next step

Have a dental client that needs the technical layer?

Bring the requirement. I will help you determine what should be configured, integrated, or built, and what the rollout would look like.
